Premium per user License vs Pro License
Hi Everyone,
I want to confirm that if I upgrade to Premium per user License,
do I also need a Pro License to create Pro License Workspace?
Or can I create both Pro License and Premium per user worksapce with PPU License?

Both the Power BI Pro license and the Power BI Premium Per User license are user-based licenses.
You can create workspace with PPU license and decide whether to assign Premium capacity or not at the location shown in the figure below. If not, it will be a normal workspace and will not be hosted in the Premium capacity.Best Regards,

If you have ppu you can choose the type of workspace. (And switch them later if needed)
