Hi,
My organisation subscribes to premium per capacity.
I, along with several other data analysts have a pro license, but the rest of the company has a free license.
We have workspaces that are assigned to premium per capacity and contain paginated reports. The free users have all been given viewer access to these workspaces. In theory, they should be able to access these reports, but when they click the link they receive a pop-up saying they need to upgrade to a pro license.
Any ideas if we are maybe missing something in the tenant settings or why they are unable to see these reports?
Many thanks in advance.

This could be a silly question, but can you confirm that it is on permium capacity?
Because free users should be able to access that report.
But, they cannot access workspace. So you need to share the link of the reports directly, not link to the workspace.
