Premium licens in one workspace and pro for other workspaces that consume data from the premium

All our users have Pro licens, but I would like to be able to update my datasets more than 8 times pr. day, requering Premium.

But since all my datasets are placed in that workspace, will pro users be able to view reports that points to that workspace?

You can put the datasets in a Premium or Premium Per User workspace and then build all reports in the non-premium or pro workspace.

Ok, but if the users only view reports and do not create reports, will they need a Pro licens or can they view all reports?

If the workspace is backed by a Premium Capacity then a free license is enough. If it is Premium Per User the users need at least Pro.
