Premium capacity down with XMLA enabled

Hi everyone,

I am currently facing an issue with my power bi premium capacity. When the xmla endpoint is enabled the performance of the capacity is very bad but when i disable it, everything works fine. So I would like to know if xmla endpoint has an impact on the premium capacity or not ?

Thank you for your responses !

Hi @IHOUM

I have never seen an issue when enabling the XMLA end point.

What I think might be happening is that when the XMLA end point is enabled there is another application access the dataset which is causing it to slow down.

I would suggest having SQL Profiler running against the XMLA end point and you should be able to see who is connecting and what application is connecting.
