Premium capacity back up and restore
hi,
do we have any options for back up restoring premium capacities. In case if any capacity or workspaces are deleted accidentlly, is there a way to restore them?
Hi Anonymous ,
The workspace is actieve in the screen shot you shared. Please try to delete the workspace and refresh the page to check again. Please notice here only the new workspace could be restored by this way.

Frank
Hi Anonymous ,
Does that make sense? If so, kindly mark my answer as the solution to close the case please. Thanks in advance.

Hi there
As far as I am aware the App Workspaces are never deleted. They are marked as deleted but still there.
You can go into the Admin Portal and view the App Workspaces

State Can contain one of the following values: - Active – A regular workspace that is available and accessible
- Deleted – A deleted workspace that still exists in the Power BI service
- Orphaned – A workspace without a user account with administrator permissions
- Removing – A deleted workspace marked for permanent removal

In order to change it to Orphaned it has to have a user account that no longer exists within your organisation.
