Hi everyone,
We have a Premium Workspace that I have published content to, which I have then displayed on Teams.
When Free users are trying to access the content, they are getting a message to Request Access. If I manually add a user to 1 report, they can view everything in the Premium Workspace ok, but only if I manually add them. Until this, they can't view anything.
I thought that Premium workspaces allowed people to view content automatically, is that right?
Many thanks for any help - I'm sorry I don't know what licencing policy we are using, and our IT providers only have access to the tenant if there's anything I need to check there

Hi @bigrods
You still have to grant the users access to view the reports in a Premium App Workspace.
Yes Free Power BI Users will be able to view the reports, but unless access is granted they will not be able to view the reports.

Hi @GilbertQ
Many thanks! It seems so simple now you've said it! I've given access via an all users O365 group and all is ok, thanks so much!
All the literature on the Web just says "publish to Premium and everyone can view"
(I can't seem to Mark as Solution though?)
