Premium SKus and API

Hi,

I have a organization with this distribuition: 800 consuming reports and 200 developing reports. Premium is needed for the consumers. 

But the organization has 3 APIs where they would like to have PBI reports available. 

My questions are:

 

1- Can a P SKu be used to embed reports on the intranet / internal portal ? Or do I need an EM Sku ?

2 - If those reports are embeded on the intranet are the consumers will access a powerbi.com frame and login PowerBI.com inside the intranet ? 

3 - A free user can access via mobile app to a report that is published in a workspace on a premium capacity ?

    Hi. Just as a summary P license can do absolutely everything. It's the maximum license. Asuming you mean "Custom local web app" when you say intranet.

    1- Yes P can be used for embedded purposes like the EM or A licenses.

    2- It depends on you, if you develop a custom app for consumers, it's up to you if they will use the Microsoft Work Email for login or you will develop a security login framework to control that.

    3- Yes free users can view Power Bi Apps that are published on a Premium Capacity and shared with them.
