Premium Per User license share with Free user

We use office 365 in our company and we have the following issue/question:

We have only one Premium Per User license - for the admin. Is it possible just to share with Free users reports? Only with view persmission, nothing else? Any options a aceepted - share in Teams, Outlook, etc.

Hi @rifaymars 

No, sorry this is a Frequently Asked Question.  Only Premium Per User (PPU)  licences can access content on PPU workspaces, no matter how they are shared. You'll find that having one PPU licence in an organisation is not much use, as no-one else will be able to view content in the PPU workspace.
