Premium Capacity Metrics App adjust time

Is there anyway to adjust the offset for the datetime used in the Premium Capacity Metrics App.  It appears to be using UTC.  However, I'd like to apply my timezone offset so that the data reflects my time.  Is this possible?

    Hi caseycook ,

Nope, current power bi service only support UTC format datetime. I haven't found any options allow you to adjust datetime format.

It is now 2025 and I wish the app was displaying UTC.  They changed it to use a one-time configuration for the offset and it is very, very confusing.  It doesn't adjust per user and it doesn't take the seasonal changes into account.  Nor does the app provide an annotation to tell users what timezone is being reflected.

In our case, our admin installed the app when it was daylight savings but, now that it is standard time, all the start/stop times are wrong!

I opened a ticket and got the following reply:
