Powerpoint only export

hi,

we have 2 users that doesnt matter what permissions i give them it will only let them export to powerpoint. there is no option for any other format.

anyone with the anwser?

According to your description, you only see export to powerpoint in your Power BI Service. Right?

Features on the Power BI Service can be set by a Power BI administrator in "Admin Portal".The admin portal includes settings that govern Power BI for all users in your organization.

You can connect your Power BI admin to check the export feature is open or not.
