Powerpoint Export Live Data - Not Working

Hello everyone,

 

I have a published report, and I want to embed it in a Powerpoint presentation.

 

I found out that there are 2 ways:

 

  1. Through Powerpoint (Insert - Add-ins - Power BI Add-in)
  2. Through PowerBI Web - Published Report (Export - Powerpoint - Embed live data)

Unfortunately, I keep getting a blank window when I try going through either way, can someone please help me out with this?

    Hi AhmadHoshy 

    After clicking 'Published Report (Export - Powerpoint - Embed live data)', it should displays the pop up that can copy the URL of the report, please check that :

    1.If the admin has disabled the function of exporting to pdf. 

    2. The browser you are using has installed the WebView2 , you can refer to the following link.

    3.Did you have the related permission of the report?

      Hello Anonymous ,

       

      Thank you so much for your reply, but unfortunately, it is still not working.

       

      Please note the following:

      1. I am the Admin of the report, and I did not disable the exporting function
      2. I made sure that I have WebView2 installed
      3. I guess I do since I am the Admin/Owner
