Powerpoint Addin Saved Image Mode - Visual disappear

Hi Community,

I am currently working on embedding Power Bi visuals into Powerpoint solution for my company to reduce manual workload.

My flow is: I build visualisation on Power BI Desktop --> publish into Power BI Service --> use the link to embed into Powerpoint --> Change the visual to Saved as Image mode to make it static--> Publish the link to users.

After finish the report, I come back some days to check, the visuals disappeared on some slides. (before and afer image below). If I turn it back to Live Image mode, the report will be updated with the newest data. However, the report is monthly based so data will be automatically updated month by month. For example, today is November, I found the issue on October report, I cannot change the visual back to live image again because it will update with November data.

The issues just happen recently within a month, but I've already applied the solution since July 2023. How can I solve this problem?
