Powerbi.com Web Site Sign in Error

In your scenario, have you signed in the power BI site successfully ever? I would suggest you contact IT administrator to check if anything wrong with your company account. Please take a look at this article: Power BI in your organization.

Some users are able to sign in successfully but some users get the error like I have mentioned above. Users that have the error message have never successfully signed in before. I couldn't find the solution and understand why this error occurs. Because error message is really strange. It is writing that 'There is a problem caused by us. We are working on it. Then try again.' I mean, Power BI admits the problem belongs them :)
Have you used different web browsers, clearing cookies, caches, etc.?
If all your users are accessing the site from the same network, it doesn't make sense for some users to be able to access and some that can't.
Make sure your computer isn't blocking outbound connections to the Power BI service through firewalls or something else.
I have tried with different browser and I have even tried different computer as well but same conclusion. For example if i try with my user name and password , i can reach the power bi but my colleague tried to enter with own username and password he is getting the that error message. We are in the same network and as you said it is really strange. I am trying to solve this problem about 3 mounths and i couldn't find any solution.
pazardanaldim, several things you could have a try:
1). Be sure that you sign in to Power BI Dashboard with the following link: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/landing/signin/
2). You can firstly create a Power BI report in Power BI Dashboard, when you try publishing it you will be prompted to sign in to Power BI first. After publish succeed, you will be provided one link to visit the Power BI Dashboard.
3). You could ask your team member to share some dashboard with you. You will get one email alert with the Power BI Dashboard entry link. Check whether you are able to open it or not.
