I have list  of managers, I have shared report in powerbi service, if any of the manager wants to click with their name it has to show their kpi and visuals, but it should not allow to see other Managers visual.what should I do

Hi,

Till 20-Oct-2022 , my report access is working fine. All users able to access report according to RLS but suddendly on 21-Oct-2022 report were not loading at any user level. "Visual limit exceed" error started to come. When i changed access for any user from Read to Read and write then report started loading at user end but because of it it overcome the RLS access. Please help me out. Now all users are facing this issue.

Hi

You can apply RLS in order to filter the information to only each manager.

If you have a table with the managers emails you can have Dynamic RLS, which is very handy. Please check the video bellow.

If you dont have any emails you can also create static RLS by assigning a diferent users to RLS groups. Check the video bellow for that.
