Powerbi access

I have list  of managers, I have shared report in powerbi service, if any of the manager wants to click with their name it has to show their kpi and visuals, but it should not allow to see other Mana...

    Hi

     

    You can apply RLS in order to filter the information to only each manager.

     

    If you have a table with the managers emails you can have Dynamic RLS, which is very handy. Please check the video bellow.

    If you dont have any emails you can also create static RLS by assigning a diferent users to RLS groups. Check the video bellow for that.
