Powerbi Desktop e Web não publicam! Excede tempo limite

Bom dia uso o bi a 3 anos e nunca tive esse problema quando publico online. Tenho ele no desktop mais as atualizações eu faço com agendamentos no serviço do powerbi na web. Contudo tem praticamente 1 mês que eu venho enfrentando uma dificuldade incomum. Para atualizar os dados no powerbi desktop é bem rapido mais na hora de "publicar" o que antes era 5 segundos agora se tornou horas o que poderia ser ? E isso afeta no powerbi web porque quando tem um agendamento de atualização ele demora tanto que o tempo limite é alcançado segue mensagem abaixo. Alguem faz ideia do que possa ser ?

A fonte de dados pode processar as consultas esta tudo normal como antes, como eu disse atualiza os dados rapido ate mais na hora de publicar que ta com esse timing elevado. Ja atualizei powerbi, gateway ja conferi cfg ta tudo ok.

Please try updating the gateway to the latest version and reconfiguring the data source.

Could you please check with the  Network/IT team side, referring to the below investigation done we suspect that this might be caused due to your Network issue or Proxy/Firewall installed on the your machine that could be causing an issue, blocking the connection when request goes from PBI- service to gateway over network.
