Powerbi Crashes

Hi everyone, I have a workspace that I share with Latin America. To upload a model, I need to meet certain optimization requirements. We have a model with 250 million rows containing daily store-level sales data over two years. The model is connected using a 'Single' cross filter. It performs very well when using a Pro license. However, when I publish it to Power BI Premium and multiple users access it and drill down to the store-day level in a query, Power BI crashes.
How can I determine what is causing the crash? Is Power BI Premium not sufficient, or is it something related to the query itself?

My conclusions are: it’s an optimized model, but due to the large number of IDs, Analyze in Excel queries with high granularity become complex and can overload Power BI Premium capacity. Therefore, it’s advisable to switch from using Analyze in Excel to executing queries directly in Power BI Desktop, which results in more efficient performance.

Khristian So you mean that their browser is crashing or are they connecting to the semantic model in Power BI Desktop and it crashes or ?
Crashes: the report in service consumes 90% of memory, the report in service is slow for all the countries and users and analyzein excel stop work
Khristian Sounds like something that you will need to open a support ticket on. If you publish it to a non-Premium workspace and have the same number of users try to use it there is there the same problem?
