Powerapps integrated with PowerBI - Camara does not work

I have an app that has been integrated into powerbi. So to use it, you have to access the powerbi service and then click on a button to use the app (inside the powerbi).

In this app I have a camera controller that it is used to take a picture, but I cant use it because powerapps throws me the following message: "The camera could not be started because permission was denied. Update your device settings to allow this application access to your camera."

I have already gave camera permissions to the powerbi app and the powerapps app in my tablet.
