Hi,
Is anyone else having trouble with using power bi and powerpoint integration?
I can copy the link and load in my pwoer bi report to power point and it works fine with interaction, but when i freeze the view and go to unfreeze it, i can't. It just turns to an image despite help guides saying you can unfreeze it again.
Am i missing something?
Thanks,
Amy

Hey @AmyJessica02 ,
You should be able to unfreez from the same entry point and get the live view.
Only exception is that you can only do it from PowerPoint desktop.
Can you please try and open the menu from the top-right corner and see that you have the ability to un-check "Show as saved image"?
Thanks Maya
Hi Maya,
I am able to do it now, i reloaded powerpoint and the option appeared. No more problems since.
Thanks,
Amy
You mentioned you freeze the view , can you explain specifically what freeze the view is ? Can you provide us with more information via video or screenshots ?
