Hey AmyJessica02 ,

 

You should be able to unfreez from the same entry point and get the live view.

Only exception is that you can only do it from PowerPoint desktop.

Can you please try and open the menu from the top-right corner and see that you have the ability to un-check "Show as saved image"?

Hi Maya,

I am able to do it now, i reloaded powerpoint and the option appeared. No more problems since.
