PowerBiNotAuthorizedException while publishing a composite model

hello everyone,,

i built a power bi file based on a data set shared with me " the data source of this data set is API links from FreshService Platform" and i add some csv files from my device , add relations,calculated columns, measures and visuals.

but when i try to publish it , it gives me that error..

 i also tried to upload the file to web app.powerbi but it gives me the error below :
