I have a new subscription created on one of the powerBi reports (table visual), however the attached PDF only has a screenshot and there is no option to scroll the data - Is there an option to get the entire data in the report from powerbi?

I don't think that is possible. Attach full report just means, more than 1 page

Yes, if the report is in a workspace backed by a Premium capacity or Premium Per User (PPU) license. The size of the attachment is limited to no more than 20 pages and less than 25 MB
You can see the option to attach full report in this screen shot
I used the option of "attach full report", but it still comes out as a screenshot of the dashboard.
Eg- my dashboard has a table with 300 rows. On dashboard therr is a scroll to view all the rows. When I subscribe to the report and get email attachment, ut only has a screenshot of the original screen. Not the entire table.
I don't think that is possible. Attach full report just means, more than 1 page
