PowerBi Service monitoring not working

Hi,

I'm trying to monitor PowerBI resource capacity at my organisation, but am unable to get it to work.

I have downloaded the application and connected to my PowerBI server with the correct authentication method.

I've used the folloiwng page to intall the application on my machine;

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-premium-install-app?tabs=1st

However, it does not show any visuals in the web page, even after waiting for some time, as stated in the instructions.

All I get is the below;

I've attempted to change all the settings, but am unable to load anything.

I'd be most grateful if someone could tell me how I can connect and see the capacity useage on my server.

Thanks

Hi @dosania

Just to confirm that you have got a Power BI Premium Capacity running in your Power BI Service?

The app only applies for Power BI Premium Capacities.

@dosania

Have you got this working yet, I had some issues at first but after I closed the app and then refreshed the page and the visuals all came to life.
