PowerBi Dashboard - Embedded Form

Hi

SOme questions:

Can you share a print screen of the issue?

Can you view it using mobile device browser?

Please proivde: Device Type, OS, Power BI Mobile version

    Below are the images. First is the mobile view with the green Microsoft Forms logo(form not working), second is the web view with the actual form working. 

     

    Using the mobile device browser and navigating to PowerBI from the Office365 platform shows the same grean box for the form.

     

    Device: HP Laptop, Windows 10.

    Mobile is Galaxy S9+ (app version is the latest on app store)
