PowerBI with Flow

Hello Fellas!

I am really getting hard time to build a flow using

Excel(onedrivepersonal) ---- PowerBI streamingdataset ------ Flow

My plan is to increase data in excel(one drive personal) that can be shown in PowerBI dataset.

Cliches

1) When I am building flow....i can only see "Get row"

2) Once, I run the flow, it is keep getting failed over and over.

I really need help to solve my problem....kudos in advance.
