PowerBI web with MySQL Gateway and Excel on Sharepoint is not working?

Hi there,

I have setup a Reporting with different sources:

MySQL

MailChimp

Google Analytics

Excel Files on a Sharepoint folder

 

Within PowerBI desktop the refresh is working fine. For the web version I have setup a on-premises gateway for the mySQL
and added the App for MailChimp and Google Analytics but see refresh for the web version is not working.
I read that there are problems if you combine different sources at the web version. I also saw that after the upload the datasets are
all in one instead of 4 different datasets(for each source one dataset)

Is there no workaround for this issue at the moment?

      Hi,

      thanks for the reply. With the gateway in personal mode and the additonal option which you mentioned it is working now.
      Is it planned to setup a possibility that reports with multiple sources will work with a gateway not in a personal mode?

    Hi danielvt As a workaround, I think you can connect both Mailchimp and Google Analytics data to MySql and therefore you'll be pulling data from only 1 data source. I think this will solve the issue when refreshing at the web version. I connect many data sources to MySql using windsor.ai and from then I just directly connect it to Power BI
