PowerBI view license

Not really sure this is the best place for this... however, here I go. 

 

IMO, we really need a PowerBI report view license.  Let's say, $5ish per user.  No create rights, just the ability to view any reports that are created by me... the Premium user.  

 

at 5k per month, capacity is a MASSIVE jump in monthly costs.  

 

however, adding say, 25x$5... that I would do... and extra revenue in your pockets. 🙂

    Hi Gumberculeez 

    There is no specific license for view only. View, Contribute, Member these are roles attributed to a user who already has a license.

    In your case you don't need to buy capacity though because you are using a Workspace backed by Capacity since you are using the PPU License then all Users with Viewer role will need a PPU License for each one as well.

    You could submit idea in this site Home (microsoft.com), if an idea is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
