Issue has been flag on couple post, including: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/PowerBI-Dataflows-won-t-refresh-anymore/m-p/4020160#M237916
MS is aware of it and we are still waiting for a fix.. it is indeed critical issue.
