PowerBI service updates from source not needing PowerBI Desktop

Hi everyone,

Once we setup a dashboard in PowerBI Desktop with data sources from .csv files available from the web openly, is it possible for the PowerBI service to update from this sources without having to publish the report every time? Would it do the same if we include tables from websites? I have been able to do it for the Desktop application but not for the service.

The purpose of this is to setup a Dashboard that updates regularly without the interaction from the user.
