Did you have Copilot before? It has only been in public preview for a few days and this is being rolled out to all tenants with at least P1 or Fabric capacity by March 2024. 

Are the copilot functions still enabled on the tenant or has your organisation perhaps changes some?

It also looks like a China specific error, as I've never come across similar screen before.

When I went to the powerBI website before, it showed an administration page, which allows me to manage workspaces, data sources, etc., but now it shows an error page.
