PowerBI service: one user cannot see a specific column

Hi,

I have a report with a drillthrough page.

The drillthrough page shows a matrix table with the following columns:

  • User
  •  Project Category
  • Project
  • CP Notes
  • Months (however many were selected)
  • Total

This works fine for all but one user who cannot see the column "CP Notes" in the published report.

The matrix table is fully expanded for him and there are no filters other than the ones active for everyone else. We also have tried several browsers, but the result stays the same. I also have republished the reports several times to no avail.

Does anyone know what else we can try so that the one user can see all the info?

There is a picture with screenshots below

Thanks in advance

Ines

Hi @GilbertQ,

thank you very much, we had not tried that one - and it worked!
