PowerBI premiun issue
If PowerBI premiun user releases dashbooad and authorizes to Pro version user, one day/48 times, will the Pro user not be able to read the content?

If you releases dashboard in PPU workspace and authorizes to Pro version user, then this user cannot view the corresponding content and they will receive a message informing them that they cannot access the content. Permissions to PPU must be granted through the administrator.
Alternatively, you can releases dashboard in premium capacity and even free or pro users will be able to access the content.

You cannot publish a PPU report to Pro workspace unless the Pro user has a PPU license and access to the PPU workspace.
It it is true premium capacity, I'm not 100% sure what would happen, but there is no need to do this as a Free license to the Premium workspace would allow the user to see it.
