Hi there, I hope that you can help.
I had successfully set up performance monitoring for the PowerBI on-premises data gateway as per the following instructions: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/data-integration/gateway/service-gateway-performance
This worked, and produced a set of four files as expected. Unfortunately, they have not updated since, despite regular use of PowerBI Service accessing the on-premises data gateway.
Has anyone experienced such issues, and please can someone help with some troubleshooting suggestions.

What do you mean that they didn't update? Did you check the log after refreshing again?

I am trying to use just the basic monitoring logging as described in the Microsoft article here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/data-integration/gateway/service-gateway-performance
I have set a valid ReportFilePath and files are initially created here, but are not refreshed at all afterwards (nor new files created).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
