PowerBI in Teams - Session Expired re-open browser - not possible!

I use PowerBi reports embedded in Microsoft Teams heavily and this week i have been getting the message

I have tried quitting teams and restarting the PC but i cannot shift this message - it is also causing most of the reports to show incorrect dashboards and old data

Can i have some help please
