PowerBI gateway offline in time to time

Hi,

As mentioned in the topin we are getting poerbi gateway offline email from the service.  But the gateway is fine, up and running without issue.
Sometimes it failed schedule refresh and next refresh working fine.
Is that normal or do we need to take action on that ?
If yes please do suggestion .

Please can you share the error that comes when your sceheuled refresh gets failed?

Also please have a look at the server event viewer to see if there is an error-warning-information getting logged in event viewer related to PowerBI Gateway service.
