PowerBI export not showing up

I have a report that I am trying to export to Powerpoint and/or excel.  I get the confirmation message that it is ready for download, but when I go to the downloads folder, there is nothing there  :(...

    Turns out this was an intermittent issue. Rebooted my machine and all worked.

Hi jofoster ,

 

This might be a setting in your browser.  In Edge after it downloads it gives you a "open file" option.  Perhaps check in your browser for the history of files that you have downloaded and see if there is a location and/or ability to click it in there.  Also, try with another browser and see if that resolves it.  Also, this article has a list of limitations to downloading, do any of these apply to you?
