PowerBI dataset refresh error

Good Afternoon,

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? When i refresh my pbi website whose source is database in mysql, it shows: Error Code -2147467259: Retrieval of the RSA public key is not enabled for insecure connections. 

This pbi has worked well for long time, When I refresh them in desktop, it works fine. I want know the reason for this error

Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas?
