Try clearing the cache first
Are all computers in company A unable to access company B's Power BI Service by logging into company B's account? I think I need to ask IT if it is because of the use of an internal private network.
Check whether the device has joined the organization's network

Helper IIIOther computers in company A can access company B data while logged into my company B account.
I just tried on a loaner PC which could easily fetch the data.
Clearing cache in excel did not resolve the issue.
The computer is only inside organizations A network - and so is the other computers I've tried on that are working.
