PowerBI data alerts triggered at every refresh even when data does not change

Hello,

I have a case where I would like an alert to be triggered every time the data is refreshed and the card shows a value above 0, even though the value is not changing.

Is that possible? 

 

 

I am then using the alert to trigger a flow via automate to post messages in Teams.

 

Alternatively, if this is not possible, is there a way to read the value fromt he card directly via PowerAutomate?

      Hi, yes, I already have the flow, that is not the issue. My problem is with the alert from powerBI, It is only triggered when data changes. E.g., if the value of the card is "4" and the alert is set for "value >0", the alert will not trigger if the card value has not changed since the last data refresh.

      But I would like the alert to trigger every time there is a refresh and we are above alert threshold.
