PowerBI connection to Planview

Hi everyone, 

I have been trying for a while to connect PowerBI and Planview V16, from my understanding they should be fully compatible. Does anyone have experience in connecting them?

I have tried to connecti via the Power BI app and the Planview apps in PowerBI online(both CRM and PRM versions) I usually get an error or invalid credentials or internal server error, but they both work fine with my log ins and the internet sepately. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions. Thank you for the help!
