Did your account have a role that enabled the Reporting Portal Viewer? Please refer to service-connect-to-planview#system-requirements.

How can I check if I have Reporting Portal Viewer enabled? And how would I go about enabiling?
Couldn't find any guidance on the Planview website about it.
