AdministratorPowerBI and CDS - Licensing
Greetings all,
If I were to create a PowerBI Dashboard built from CDS data - will the people I share the dashboard with (within my organization) require a Level2 PowerApps/Flow plan (or the current equivalent premium account) ?

The App designer needs PowerApps Plan 2 to create CDS database or model the data, and the users need PowerApps Plan 1 to be accessible to CDS data. it can be found in this doc: License requirements for entities

Hi Sik,
It's agreed that a level 2 plan is needed for CDS. What I'm wondering if someone within my organization is viewing a PowerBI dashboard created from CDS data, will they also need a premium PowerApps/Flow plan - OR will the be able to view the CDS fuelled dashboard with a normal O365 account?
