PowerBI Visuals are not refreshing after published

Hi fellow experts - I have an issue with the powerBI premium where my data in my desktop has shown the latest figures - however when it published and refreshed - the online version does not reflect the same.

I have the latest powerBI version on my desktop and the data sources are  coming from primarily share points and  data flows.

I have checked that all the tables have the option 'enable load upon refresh' as  well.

Hope anyone can help - TIA.

Hi  @jhauw74 ,

You can try the following ways:

1. If there is a Boolean data type in your dataset, it may cause this to happen. You can modify the Power BI filter to solve it:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/After-a-scheduled-refresh-the-report-has-no-data/td-p...

2. Whether the functions of Now() and Today() exist in your dax formula, the Today() function on the Power bi service returns today’s value according to the UTC() time zone, while the Today() function on the Power bi desktop shows the computer’s system time, so in Power bi service, your time zone and standard time are different, resulting in data not appearing.

3. What does the refresh refer to, the refresh on the dataset or the refresh of the report, Make sure you have refreshed the dataset as below rether than part of data using in report.

Hi @jhauw74

Did you try resetting the filter/slicer and other data changes by clicking the Reset button on top right of the report at Power BI service?

@Anonymous yes definitely - however it didn't change anything 😞
