PowerBI Service reports changed its colors and templates automatically

Hi All,

 

I have many published reports which were created in my company templates with company colors and designs. Today all reports changed its colors and template to look completely different than how it was preparted. Does any one know why this happened? Also republishing the report didnot fix the color issue. I am guessing this to be a bug in Power BI service whick Microsoft needs to fix. Does anyone else faced similar issue? How did you fix this?

Attached screenshots of changed colors which are completely different from what was prepared an uploaded.

are there any updates on the status of the bug?

We made a call to not wait for a potential fix as the issue has continued to impact users significantly. We had to re-create the JSON file and insert into all reports and publish to resolve the issue. Would be good if Microsoft could indicate when an issue is hoping to be resolved rather than leave it as an indefinite bug.

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.


The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

Please advise the status of this bug. We too have a huge impact on end users. It is now 3 days + since issue, this starts to get embarrassing.

I manage reporting for 600+ users in Asia Pac. We experienced this issue this week too! Looks awful, so hoping the issue can be resolved automatically by Microsoft.

We use a JSON File and put a fair bit of time into customising it too.
