Hi everyone,
Submitting this from RO, CE Europe. All apps are stuck on Loading your report screen. Semantic models are refreshing according to schedule, but the data is not loading on our reports.
Checking the https://support.fabric.microsoft.com/support/ page I can see the alert Microsoft put out, but can't tell if it's related to our issue.

Any quick fix ideas anyone?
Thanks!
Hi @Andra_En
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
@ribisht17 @Shahid12523 @Kedar_Pande Thanks for the inputs.
As you mentioned, you've already submitted this as an idea. & according to the user, we need to wait until Microsoft addresses the issue. Since the idea has been submitted, Microsoft should review it and provide a fix soon. If you have any other questions, please reach out to the community.
Check the Fabric Service Health dashboard. If your tenant is in West Europe, this is the confirmed cause. There is no user-side fix.
Microsoft engineers are working on it. Wait for their resolution update. The issue is on their end.
try opening reports directly from the workspace, clearing browser cache, or using Power BI Desktop.
I'm having the same problem with my smartphone using the app. No reports load, but from my Power BI desktop, they do. The problem has been around since this morning.
hi @Andra_En
To troubleshoot Power BI reports stuck on the "Loading your report" screen, especially during regional service disruptions, you can try switching to a different workspace or tenant in another region (such as North Europe) to confirm if the issue is region-specific. If your reports use Import mode, consider creating a temporary DirectQuery or live connection version to see if that bypasses the problem. You can also download the PBIX file and open it in Power BI Desktop—if it loads successfully there, the issue likely lies within the Fabric service layer. For more detailed incident tracking, admins should check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Health > Service Health. Lastly, clearing your browser cache or accessing the reports in an incognito/private window may help resolve session-related loading issues.
If the issue persists, please raise a case Microsoft Fabric service status
