PowerBI Service Admin No More?
Is the PowerBI Service Admin role completely replaced by "Fabric Administrator?" I need admin access to create and manage worksapces in my org, is "Fabric Admin" the role I need to do this? If so, where can I tell my supervisor to enable it?
Any advice/help would be much appreciated!

No, the Power BI Service Admin role is not completely replaced by the "Fabric Administrator" role. In Power BI, there are different administrative roles that provide access to different management functionalities.
The Power BI Service Admin role is designed to provide administrators with the ability to manage the Power BI tenant-level settings, such as auditing, capacity settings, and feature rollouts. This role allows you to create and manage workspaces, assign licenses, and perform other tenant-wide administrative tasks.
The "Fabric Administrator" role, on the other hand, is related to the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) administration. This role typically provides access to manage Azure AD resources and settings, which may include Power BI as a service registered with Azure AD. However, the Fabric Administrator role does not inherently grant administrative privileges for Power BI-specific operations.
