PowerBI Sensitivity Label - Difference between Microsoft Extended vs Any User

Hi all,

Recently one of our external users of a PBI report faced an issue in exporting the data. The sensitivity label was Confidential/Microsoft Extended. We changed the label to Confidential/Any User and the external user was now able to export data as excel.

I have been trying to find documentation that would help me understand what is the difference between these two labels and how the user's issue was resolved.

Please let me know if anyone else can help explain the difference or the impact of this change.

Hi @aditigoyal ,

Hovering the mouse over the sensitivity labels on the desktop will display some detailed information.
