PowerBI Reports automatically filtered

I have a strange issue in hand. I have PowerBI reports running with a live SSAS connection. Recently I have noticed that the reports in the PowerBI service are automatically filtered (by some random filters). When i check the filter flyouts none of them are selected. I cannot figure out why the reports are showing up with filters (but filters are not applied manually).

It all works out well when i click the refresh button at the top of the report. All the filters are removed and it shows up like it should be.

But the problem is that this issue is recurring and we cant figure out the reason behind this.

Does anyone out there faced similar issue or can help out in this.
