PowerBI Report not refreshing in Service

Hi everyone - I have a PowerBI Report that is published successfuly online & the data source is a local MS Access file. I have gateway running all the time.

My semantic model is being refreshed based on schedule intervals and manual refreshes.

Even with semantic model being refreshed successfuly, when I open the Report, the visuals are not refreshed, I have to refresh them manually from the report. How can I fix it for visuals to be refreshed automatically ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Typically, when the semantic model is refreshed successfully and the report is reopened, the data for the visual object is displayed according to the latest data.

For your issue, please try below ways:

1. clear your browser cache and close the browser, then reopen the browser to try again

2. open a InPrivate windows for browser to try

Hi @Anonymous  - Never thought would be the issue but it was. I clearned my cache and everything looks good. Thank you 🙂
