PowerBI Pro license question

Hi All, 

I am new to Power Bi and need help on understanding the Pro features. 

I have developed a Dashboard and shared the Dashboard by using the Power BI 60 days free Pro license. Did the users also want Pro license to view the Dashboard. Please confirm. 

Also i read some post on this and people are stating that if we are using Pro features users also need Pro licenses. Please confirm on this and also please provide me the Pro features list.
